HEAVENLY FATHER, I come before You to quiet this persons heart and mind. All the overthinking, the stressing, the worrying, the obsessing over things they were never meant to control. The timing, the outcome, the future, what people will think what people will say. None of that is in their hands, but every bit of it, it's in Yours. You promised not some things, but "ALL THINGS work together for good" (Romans 8:28).
Jesus, the same way you turned water into wine, I'm asking You to turn their anxiety into peace, their sorrow into joy, their fear into faith, their setbacks into setup's, their "what-if's" into even if, their WHY God, into WOW God. Lord, you don't hand your hardest battles to the weakest soldiers. If there's a Goliath standing in front of this person, it's because you already see David standing inside of them.
Maybe the road is harder because the calling is higher. Maybe the way is longer because the blessing is bigger. They may not understand this chapter in their life, but they can trust the Author who's writing it. So I pray to stop putting a period where you place a comma, because as long as they're breathing, You're still working. And You say You're working ALL things together for THEIR good. So if it's not good yet, it's because You're not finished it!
Father, rewire the way this person thinks from "what if something bad happens" to an EVEN IF it happens God has still got me because fear is nothing but fath pointed at the wrong future. And 99% of what they're worried about right now will never happen. Let them walk away from this page lighter than they came here or felt in months. Put a smile on their face rght now knowing they are seen, known, and loved by You. You have them. They have you. And if they "have," they have everything they need.
